2. Services and quotes
Prices shown on this website are indicative. Final pricing, scope, timelines and payment milestones are defined in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual property
Website content, branding and design belong to RubiksWork Technologies. Ownership of software delivered to clients is defined in each project agreement.
4. Payments
Invoices are payable according to the milestones in your agreement. Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled with notice as specified in the agreement.
5. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
